Task board ....

Telerik has a very good tool to use with the SCRUM process. The Telerik Work Item Manager and the Dashboard integrates with the Visual studio Team Foundation server and provides all the functionality present in the VSTFS along with a beautiful interface. And yes above all it provides wonderful task board visualisation to work with.
